Making a Return
Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. Items must be in like-new condition and unused to be accepted as a return and meet the guidelines within the Return Policy.
If you want to return a product ordered through kemana.com please contact our Customer Service Center as soon as possible either via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via the Customer Service Center freephone number 0800 1407890. When contacting our customer service please include your name, order number, and the date of the original order. Once your return request has been filed with our Customer Service Center, a customer service representative will contact you shortly thereafter either by email or telephone to inform you of the method of shipment for your return if your return request was approved.
In most cases of approved returns, the courier service you selected at checkout will pick up the return product from the shipping address originally indicated when ordering. Our customer service will inform you of the approximate time of the scheduled pickup by the courier service.
Please place the product, completed with the accompanied accessories, in the original shipping box and packing materials.
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process and approve your return or exchange and for your refund to be posted.
